This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. The condo offers beautiful views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico from each of its bedrooms as well as the living room, dining room, lanai. Newly renovated throughout, its kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, all new appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly desire. Free washer and dryer are in a room off the kitchen. Island House condos for sale at 6150 Midnight Pass Road are comprised of 74 beachside villas dating back to 1967.

Crescent Beach is as beautiful as it gets. We've stayed in several units over the years; this year was 9S and it delivered - very bright and clean. Nothing beats morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai.
