At this point, Marvin Valentine didn’t care to have anything more to do with the floor. He told the subcontractor that he would not pay for another flooring product because he’d already installed one floor. That subcontractor stated that Marvin Valentine admitted that they had problems with this product on multiple sites and were not using it anymore. But he would not give us a product that would stay on the floor.
